Core Responsibilities
- Work closely with Vanguard’s Advisory Research Centre team, economists and subject matter experts to deliver first-class materials for financial advisers across Europe, including retail-friendly downloads, educational content and practice management support, as well as macroeconomic and market insights.
- Plan and deliver content for new and existing thought leadership, including white papers, PowerPoint slides, video & webinar scripts, retail-friendly downloads, articles and social media assets.
- Build a deep understanding of Vanguard’s business and create content to showcase our thought leadership, primarily around the value of financial advice.
- Demonstrate initiative and creativity in developing multi-media content plans that align with business priorities and engage advisers in Vanguard’s mission to bring value to investors through good financial advice.
- Be part of a collaborative and inclusive culture that puts clients at the centre of our approach.
- Produce high-quality content in compliance with legal, regulatory and corporate standards.
- Respond to the changing market environment with flexibility while maintaining quality and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years related work experience, ideally as a writer within an asset manager, wealth manager, advice industry publication or with experience as a financial journalist.
- Experience of creating engaging and informative content for professional clients, including advisers.
- Experience working across content formats, including videos and infographics, is desirable.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
