We are seeking a highly capable Digital & Analytics Product Manager to lead the strategy, delivery and ongoing evolution of assigned digital and analytics products. This role sits at the intersection of digital product development, data and analytics, and business strategy, and is critical to delivering scalable, insight‑driven solutions that support decision‑making and enhance client and business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the product roadmap for digital and analytics products, demonstrating a strong understanding of product lifecycles and associated business areas.
- Own prioritisation decisions, balancing strategic objectives, user needs and delivery feasibility.
- Provide end‑to‑end product management across assigned digital products, applying best‑in‑class digital product management practices.
- Lead the planning, development and launch of new digital products, including market analysis, feature definition, requirements development and implementation planning.
- Lead and shape analytics‑based products, developing strong business acumen to define reporting, MI and analytical requirements.
- Apply qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to enhance user experience, inform decision‑making and optimise product performance.
- Collaborate with small, cross‑functional teams (technology, data, operations and business stakeholders) to deliver impactful outcomes.
- Proactively manage stakeholder expectations through clear and timely communication, using product artefacts such as roadmaps, demos and feedback sessions.
- Partner with stakeholders to resolve production or implementation issues, driving and supporting escalations where required to enable rapid, high‑quality delivery.
- Contribute to ongoing business planning and departmental prioritisation activities.
- Participate in special projects and continuously identify opportunities to improve products, processes and ways of working.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a product management role, with experience of managing digital products.
- Strong understanding of digital product management principles and modern delivery practices.
- Demonstrated experience working with data and analytics‑driven products.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear product features and outcomes.
- Background in financial services, asset management or investment product development (advantageous).
- Familiarity with analytics and BI tools such as Power BI, along with an understanding of data modelling, SQL and basic statistical concepts.
- Experience working with MI, reporting or analytical platforms.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- Intellectual curiosity, adaptability and the ability to quickly develop domain knowledge.
Special Factors
- This is a hybrid position and would require you to work in the office 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday).
