Vanguard is seeking an Experience Manager to shape, inform, and optimise the client experience across strategic initiatives. You will collaborate with Experience Leads, Product Managers and cross functional partners to steer discovery, define the CX vision, and map journeys for impactful outcomes.
In this role you’ll combine analytical rigour with customer insights, journey mapping, and experience design to ensure client experience is embedded in change programmes.
