Vanguard is seeking an Associate Legal Counsel to join the Europe Legal team. You will advise on ESG and regulatory matters across UK/EU regimes, review disclosures, and support reporting requirements in collaboration with Compliance and Investment Stewardship.
You will work closely with colleagues to monitor regulatory developments, conduct legal research, and provide timely day-to-day advice on evolving rules affecting funds and governance structures.
