What You'll Do
- Review existing content, identify gaps or inconsistencies, and rewrite into AI-ready formats like Q&A pairs, decision trees, and intent-based chunks.
- Apply consistent taxonomy, tagging, and metadata to support retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and AI consumption.
- Align knowledge with chatbot/model requirements, design prompt-ready content, analyse performance, and refine based on real user queries.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and translate complex or regulatory information into clear, user-friendly language.
- Define content ownership, approval flows, and knowledge standards (structure, tone, versioning) for AI use.
- Implement processes to keep knowledge current and embed compliance, risk, and regulatory considerations into content design.
