Supports the Partnership team through accurate data analysis, maintenance of core datasets, and structured evaluation of partnership activity. Focuses on building strong analytical foundations while contributing to reliable reporting and decision support.

Core Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis and Reporting – Analyze Net Cash Flow, assets, and related financial metrics at partner and product level, produce regular and ad hoc reporting to support partnership and distribution decisions, and maintain and quality‑check core datasets, including financial and deal databases.
  • Data Management and Quality – Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of core partnership and financial data, identify and flag data issues or inconsistencies, escalating where appropriate, and support the smooth running of the data environment underpinning reporting and insight.
  • Partnership and Deal Support – Support evaluation of standard distribution partnership opportunities using defined frameworks, maintain deal trackers and supporting documentation for governance and approvals, and contribute to structured assessment of partnership activity.
  • Insight Development and Contribution – Explain key drivers behind movements in flows and assets using clear logic, add commentary on trends and underlying causes, and respond to ad hoc analysis requests in a timely and structured manner.
  • Working Approach and Team Contribution – Operate independently at task level with guidance, manage recurring and ad hoc workload, and demonstrate sound judgement on when to resolve issues and when to escalate.

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
