Analyzes various aspects of the business strategy and consults with business leaders on opportunities to develop. Works closely with business partners and maintains a view of the competitive landscape and market demands.
Core Responsibilities:
- Assists region, country, or channel in developing, managing and executing the business plan and ensures that project deliverables are met throughout the year.
- Manages all senior leadership staff meetings, planning sessions and off-sites. Creates and develops content and agendas.
- Designs high level presentations, regional/sub-divisional reports, and executive summaries for use in various internal and external speaking engagements.
- Works closely with data and provides information in a user-friendly format.
- Develops presentations on a wide variety of topics.
- Leads or participates in key projects for the Southern European region and local markets.
- Authors and supports the design and development of regularly scheduled reports and communications.
- Completes ad-hoc data analysis on an as-needed basis.
- Completes market research in asset and wealth management.
- Creates key ongoing sub-division or regional communications, including business updates.
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
- Builds and nurtures strategic partnerships with regional leaders, ensuring alignment on business priorities and fostering effective stakeholder engagement.
Qualifications:
- Proven general experience. Experience in consultancy, advisory or project management required.
- Knowledge of financial services, asset and wealth management.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. MBA/Graduate degree preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communications.
- Fluent in English and at least one additional European language (preferably Italian otherwise Spanish, French, German).
