Fixed Income Investment Product Specialist
In the Fixed Income Investment Product Specialist role, you will provide analysis and assessment of Fixed Income investment products and current product portfolio in support of investors.
Core Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to client queries on the fixed income index and active range.
- Interpret and analyze highly complex data using business and investment acumen to derive key insights. Verify data quality, accuracy, and reasonableness. Present data in a compelling way to support distribution teams and client engagement.
- Present macroeconomic outlook, investment process, and fund features to distribution teams and clients.
- Assist in assessing Vanguard\’s product strength relative to business lines through analysis of strategic, competitive, and market issues. Develop materials like presentations, white papers, and case studies for senior management and distribution teams.
- Stay informed of industry, market, and competitive trends. Support the distribution team with key industry insights, leveraging new research and relationships.
- Develop effective relationships with stakeholders including distribution, the fixed income group, and marketing.
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Professional experience in the investment industry, preferably in fixed income, with strong communication and analytical skills.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
- CFA designation preferred.
- Languages strongly preferred.
- Willingness to travel.
