Supports the management and roadmap for a digital product, demonstrating an understanding of the digital product(s) and associated business areas. Digital products often have departmental implications.
Core Responsibilities
- Supports digital product management services on a digital product, developing functional expertise to improve digital product results.
- Collaborates with a small cross-functional team to understand client needs and drive change to the client experience.
- Supports digital product teams towards best practices and learnings. Ensures delivery of messaging, communication, and customer outreach as necessary.
- Raises client needs and provides input to inform the product strategy.
- Assists with planning, development, and implementation of a new product.
- Supports analysis of markets, developing detailed product features and requirements, and developing implementation plans.
- Participates in and provides recommendations for ongoing business planning and departmental prioritization activities.
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Two years of managing a project preferred. Financial Services or function-specific experience preferred.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
