The Digital Product Manager shapes the direction of the product and delivers digital products that meet real B2B client and business needs. The role connects vision, strategy, discovery, design and delivery. The Digital Product Manager works closely with design, engineering and business partners to define what to build, why it matters and how it supports wider B2B goals. The role focuses on clear communication, strong client understanding, data informed decisions and good teamwork.
In this role you will:
- Build and communicate a clear product vision that links to B2B goals
- Break down complex problems and create a structured, prioritised and transparent product backlog with well written user stories and acceptance criteria
- Create and maintain OKRs, product roadmap and business benefits, and keep them aligned with the digital product family
- Identify the MVP and decide what is needed now and what can come later
- Use client and stakeholder feedback and research to refine the backlog and future roadmap
- Define as is and to be business processes in a clear and structured way
- Show good understanding of system architecture, integration points and technical limits
- Work closely with engineering, architecture and design partners in Europe and other regions, and collaborate with clients and business stakeholders to gather insights and test ideas
- Take part in sprint ceremonies and give clear acceptance on delivered work
- Support go to market planning, operational readiness, product performance and continuous improvement
- Use data, analysis and experimentation tools to support decisions and measure impact
What it takes:
- Proven experience working as a digital product manager, with solid understanding of UX, digital delivery and agile ways of working
- Strong ability to use data, analytics tools and experiments to guide product choices
- Proven record of delivering digital products that solve real world problems
- Hands-on experience with client research, usability tests and interviews
- Confident communication with senior stakeholders in simple and direct language
- Good collaboration with design, engineering and business teams across regions
- Strong organisation and structured thinking, with ability to balance client needs, business goals and technical limits
This is a hybrid position and would require you to work in the office 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday).
