  3. Acquire and compile structured and unstructured data, verifying its quality, accuracy, and reasonableness.
  4. Analyze historical data to identify trends and insights using analytical methods.
  5. Prepare and deliver self-service capabilities, data visualizations, and presentations that translate insights into actionable solutions for business partners.
  6. Own and manage recurring analytics or reporting processes as needed.
  7. Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required.
  8. Align with and evolve agile work management frameworks, including documentation.
  9. Invest in upskilling on technical data tools, concepts, and frameworks (e.g., data science, cloud computing, data visualization) and share these learnings with the team.

What we are looking for

  • Product-specific knowledge: Familiarity with retail platforms, third-party recordkeepers, and client service models is beneficial.
  • AWS experience: Familiarity with AWS services (particularly Athena, S3, and Glue ETL) is preferable; understanding cloud infrastructure is a plus.
  • Agile ways of working: Knowledge of Agile tools (specifically JIRA) and methodologies (specifically Kanban).
  • Proactive attitude: Ability to self-manage, learn quickly, proactively deliver results, and communicate effectively.
