Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a dedicated team of cleaners.
- Assist in coordinating daily cleaning schedules.
- Conduct rigorous inspections of classrooms, corridors and communal areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Ensure safe use and storage of chemicals in compliance with COSHH regulations.
- Manage stock levels for essential cleaning supplies in conjunction with the senior site agent.
- Provide hands-on training, ensuring all staff adhere to health and safety protocols.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion, especially when accessing sensitive areas.
- Strictly adhere to GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 when handling personal information.
- Report safeguarding concerns regarding child welfare promptly to the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL).
