The predicted salary is between 16123 - 16638 £ per year.

Salary: £16,123 - £16,638 per annum for 25 hours per week term-time, plus 100 hours per year to be worked outside term-time (based on full-time salary of £25,185-£25,989). Term-time hours: Monday-Friday, 6.00am-8.30am & 3pm-5.30pm. 100 hours per year during Easter and summer holiday periods.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a dedicated team of cleaners.
  • Assist in coordinating daily cleaning schedules.
  • Conduct rigorous inspections of classrooms, corridors and communal areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
  • Ensure safe use and storage of chemicals in compliance with COSHH regulations.
  • Manage stock levels for essential cleaning supplies in conjunction with the senior site agent.
  • Provide hands-on training, ensuring all staff adhere to health and safety protocols.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion, especially when accessing sensitive areas.
  • Strictly adhere to GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 when handling personal information.
  • Report safeguarding concerns regarding child welfare promptly to the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL).

Qualifications

  • NJC Level 2D (points 4-6) required.
  • Full-time commitment of 25 hours per week during term-time and an additional 100 hours per year outside term-time.
  • Enhanced DBS check required.
