As Business Development Manager Services EU LATAM, you lead and professionalize our regional Airports Service Sales capability, establishing a unified commercial approach while ensuring strong coordination across countries and seamless local execution. You shape the overarching Airports Service Sales strategy to retain and grow the Airports Service business to include service contract renewals, RMR, new service propositions, and strategic sales pursuits in line with our (Key) Account approach and in close collaboration with the Commercial and Account and Service Functions.
Your impact:
- Lead and develop the regional and account Airports Service Sales strategy in conjunction with the Service and Commercial & Account Leads, establishing a consistent regional approach that integrates central coordination with strong country-level input, execution and customer proximity.
- Generate a sales plan aimed at both deepening and widening Airports Services scope and increase business partnership maturity.
- Drive acquisition of new service sales opportunities in close collaboration with Commercial and Accounts and local Service teams.
- Steer the full Service proposition portfolio, ensuring high retention rates, competitive value propositions, and strong long-term customer relationships.
- Define and govern service sales processes, including commercial governance, value-based selling practices, CRM discipline, pipeline transparency and forecasting accuracy.
- Strengthen cross-regional alignment, coordinating pursuit strategies across countries/sub-regions and representing Service Sales in customer centre steering committees and commercial forums.
- Provide bid support for complex/high value Service Sales opportunities, defining a winning strategy and steering the bid team through to closing the deal for long-term services contracts.
- Continuously looking for new business expansion opportunities.
What makes you a great fit?
- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Commercial Management, or a related field, combined with 10+ years of experience in service sales, after-sales commercial leadership, or related B2B service environments.
- Deep expertise in structuring service contract renewals, value-added service packages, and multi-year agreements, supported by strong commercial risk management and value-proposition design skills.
- Proven capability to collaborate effectively with Commercial and Accounts (Sales), Service Operations, Product/Solution Management and Finance teams within complex, matrixed regional organizations.
- Strong understanding of service delivery models, customer lifecycle economics, technical service offerings, and KPI-driven service sales methodologies, including forecasting and pipeline management.
- Excellent stakeholder-management skills with the ability to align and influence diverse commercial and operational teams, driving cultural change, process standardization, and continuous improvement.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, naturally looking for new business opportunities.

- This position offers a competitive salary range of 6.400 to 7.600 gross per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance).
