BCCR Project and Operational Interface Manager in Harrow

Role Responsibilities

• Lead and represent BOA and Operational Resilience at strategic operational forums, ensuring that assurance, safety, and capability development are embedded in organizational decision-making.
• Report to the BCCR Senior Service Manager and collaborate closely to ensure alignment and understanding of projects with the BCCR Customer Liaison Manager and BCCR Process Managers.
• Collaborate closely to ensure alignment and understanding of Operations with the leaders of Design, Build, Operational, Maintenance and IT teams to provide best service throughout each project lifecycle.
• Bring a layer of connection and consistency to HAL Senior Baggage Operational Assurance Manager, HAL Baggage Transition Manager and HAL Baggage Resiliency team.
• Ensure clear, consistent, and timely communication between customers, operations, resilience, and project teams.

Role Qualification And Skills

• Excellent communication skills including face-to-face, telephone and written.
• Ability to act as an SME in customer engagement, Operational matters, project forums and continuous improvement workstreams.
• Ability to deliver improvements and communicate these to Heathrow Airport Limited (HAL), Vanderlande and stakeholders.
• Utilise data and facts to make decisive and thoughtful decisions.
• Consistently strive for improvement and act as a role model for others to do the same.
• Welcome change and challenges and look for the value when carrying out day-to-day duties to identify future initiatives.
