This is a role where you'll grow your craft, contribute to team standards, and see the impact of your work reach real customers.Manage day-to-day team activities, ensuring smooth operations and meeting performance objectives. Establishing clear goals for both individuals and the team, aligning with the organisation's objectives.Lead Performance for Vanderlande in our Strategic Partnership with Heathrow with a focus on our Service KPIs.Oversee daily operations, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and that any challenges are resolved quickly.Actively motivate and engage team members, recognising and celebrating high performance and success.Assist in identifying team training needs and support in the development of skills required to meet organisational goals.Address and resolve any internal team issues or conflicts, promoting a collaborative and harmonious environment.Work closely with other departments across the organisation to support business objectives and share best practices.Attend customer meetings as required, representing the team and organisation in a professional manner.Role Qualification and SkillsUnderstanding of data analytics with familiarisation in extract (SQL), transform (Python / R) and load pipeline, Experience in data visualisation and associated visualisation tools, Understanding and experience in statistical analysisStrategic Stakeholder Management: A proven ability to act as a bridge between technical data and business needs. You can translate "vague requests" into concrete technical requirements and present findings to senior leadership with confidenceInsight Delivery & Storytelling: You possess a "so what?" mindset.
