The role delivers proactive HR support, policy implementation and employee experience across the UK, partnering with managers and COE teams to drive local HR priorities.
You will lead employee relations, TUPE matters, and UK compliance programs, while coaching leaders and delivering continuous improvement across the employee lifecycle in a matrix setup.
