Vanderlande in London, Heathrow, is seeking a Senior HR Partner to deliver proactive HR support across the UK&I and Nordics. You will partner with COE teams and HR Partners, balancing hands-on delivery with strategic initiatives, and act as a trusted adviser to managers on employee relations, policy interpretation and change programmes.
You will lead local and global HR projects, design and implement People Plans, and use HR data to influence decisions while ensuring compliant, high-quality.
