Responsibilities
- Maintain installations to ensure productivity, equipment availability, health and safety compliance, and quality.
- Perform malfunction and maintenance work, including preventive and periodic maintenance, in collaboration with colleagues.
- Resolve mechanical, electrical, and control technical faults.
- Physical and Safety Requirements
- Extensive walking and mobility; work at height; comfortable walking and standing for extended periods.
- Heavy lifting of objects up to 75 kg; follow proper lifting techniques and safety protocols.
- Work in restrictive spaces and follow safety guidelines.
- Noise levels may be high; PPE provided and safety regulations followed.
- Consider any pre-existing medical history that may affect performing duties during the application process.
Qualifications and Experience
- City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or above in maintenance mechanical or electrical discipline.
- Willing to work shifts, including nights.
- Experience with maintenance planning.
- Nice to Have
- 18th Edition (BS 7671 / wiring regs).
- Experience in FMCG manufacturing or automated environments.
- Experience in training or coaching others.
