Engineering Support Operative
The Engineering Support Operative will assist with routine maintenance duties at the Asda Distribution Centre to ensure productivity, equipment availability, health & safety compliance and quality. Key responsibilities include
- Operational and functionality checks, cleaning, adjustment, lubrication and monitoring.
- Root cause analysis and formulation of permanent solutions.
- Assisting with planned preventive maintenance, corrective and reactive maintenance in a timely manner.
- Proficient operation of jam‑busting procedures.
- Accurate recording of all work carried out to ensure utilisation.
