From early concept to site implementation, you identify risks, apply regulations, and guide teams in delivering safe, compliant, and efficient solutions.**Your Responsibilities:*** Be a “Go to” person for the Sales, Service and Engineering department; you advise (multidisciplinary) based on applicable standards (ISO, IEC, EN etc.)* Audit the design safety and compliancy process from start of pre bid phase Sales, engineering onwards* Consulting & Authority for Health Safety and Risk Analyses* Consulting & Authority for mandatory DSE, deliverables (documents)* Verify safety solutions within projects & where necessary discuss these with stakeholders (e.g. Project Manager/Project Leader/Supervisors)* Setup and provide Safety Training* Execute site inspection on Design Safety (Mech/EM/Controls)* Check technical files for compliancy and prepare Declarations* Contribute to continuous Improvement of design safety and compliancy* Completed degree in engineering or a comparable field of study* Strong knowledge of international safety regulations and standards (e.g. EU, UK, Asia, NA)* Experience in risk analysis, HSRA, and conformity assessment processes* Ability to advise on safety risks and propose mitigation strategies* Familiarity with CADRA, design reviews, and validation planning* Structured approach to planning and prioritizing safety tasks across projects* Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing* Experience in site inspections and interaction with authorities* Proactive mindset for continuous improvement and mentoring* Willingness to travel up to 35%**What We Offer:*** Flexible working hours and a hybrid work model* 30 vacation days and the option for 20 days of workation per year within the EU* Christmas bonus* Group accident insurance and capital-forming benefits* Our job bike program* Annual salary-relevant performance reviews* … and much more!Daniel Krause: +49 2161 6800-455Vanderlande Industries GmbH & Co.
