- Role Responsibilities
- Support a critical global carve-out programme, delivering the TUPE transfer of warehousing employees in the UK.
- Provide expert advice on TUPE regulations, ensuring full compliance for both incoming and outgoing employer responsibilities.
- Manage all TUPE-related activity, including due diligence, data gathering, review and validation of Employee Liability Information (ELI).
- Plan and deliver consultation processes and support transfer execution and post‑transfer activities.
- Partner with legal advisors and stakeholders to identify, manage and mitigate risk.
- Support the development and delivery of employee communications and consultation materials.
- Ensure a smooth and consistent employee experience during a period of significant change.
- Provide clear, practical, and risk‑based guidance to managers and stakeholders on employee relations and change management.
- Support and lead individual and collective consultation processes where required.
- Manage ER issues arising pre‑ and post‑transfer, ensuring consistent and fair outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation across all ER and TUPE activity.
- Develop and maintain TUPE and ER‑related documentation, including consultation scripts, guidance, employee communications, template letters, and transfer documentation.
- Provide guidance to managers and HR teams to ensure consistent application of policies and processes.
- Work closely with the HR Partner Lead – UKI & Nordics to ensure alignment and consistency across the business.
- Collaborate with People Services, global teams, and project stakeholders to deliver programme milestones successfully.
- Act as a trusted HR advisor to managers and leaders during the transition.
- Build strong relationships across multiple sites and functions.
- Provide on‑site HR support across warehousing locations as required.
- Travel regularly to support employee engagement and operational delivery.
- Role Qualification and Skills
- Extensive and demonstrable TUPE experience for both incoming and outgoing employers.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law, particularly in relation to organisational change and transfers.
- Proven experience supporting or leading TUPE or large‑scale transformation/carve‑out projects.
- Experience managing complex employee relations casework in a change environment.
- Strong understanding of consultation processes (collective and individual).
- Ability to translate complex legal requirements into practical, business‑focused guidance.
- Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing capability.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly across UK sites.
- Ideally CIPD qualified (or equivalent experience).
- Flexible self‑starter with strong initiative, excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, coaching and facilitation skills.
- Workday (HR system) experience would be useful but not essential.
