What will your job look like?
Vandapower is continuously growing, and we are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable colleague to support our team at Vandapower LTD in Havant.
You will work closely with Sarah and Clare, supporting them with the day-to-day logistics and administrative activities.
This is a varied role where you will combine practical logistics tasks with basic administrative and computer-related activities.
As a Logistics Employee, you will help ensure that goods, stock and related administration are handled accurately and efficiently.
You will be part of a small and collaborative team where communication, accuracy and reliability are key.
This position is available for a minimum of 18.75 hours and a maximum of 37.5 hours per week.
As a Logistics Employee, your responsibilities include
- Picking and preparing products for shipment or internal use.
- Packing and preparing outgoing goods according to the applicable requirements.
- Maintaining stock levels and carrying out stock counts when needed.
- Supporting the team with basic administrative tasks related to logistics and stock management.
- Entering and updating information in our computer systems and keeping records accurate.
- Checking and processing shipping and logistics documentation.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work area and following applicable safety procedures.
- Collaborating closely with Sarah, Clare and other team members to ensure daily logistics activities run smoothly.
- Participating in training sessions to develop your skills and knowledge.
- Supporting other tasks within the team when needed.
