The Vanda Commercial Academy has been created to develop individuals who will go on to become Institutional Sales Executives, Sales Directors and future leaders of Vanda.

The Role This is the first stage of a structured career designed to develop future Institutional Sales Executives and the foundation of the Vanda Commercial Academy.

You will be responsible for generating qualified pipeline for the Institutional Sales team — researching prospects, executing personalised outreach, and booking discovery meetings for senior Sales Executives.

From day one, you will be educated on financial market, trained on Vanda's products, learn how to identify high-value prospects, and hold intelligent conversations with sophisticated institutional investors about their data and analytics needs.

You’ll work directly with Vanda’s senior leadership and experienced sales executives from your first week.

High performance opens a direct pathway to a Sales Executive role within 12 months.
