Compliance Administrator in Stratford

Vanbrugh Group are currently recruiting for a Compliance Administrator to join the Pre-Construction team of their main contractor client. This role would suit an experienced Administrator, Compliance Administrator, or Construction Administrator looking to progress their career within building safety and compliance. This is a long-term opportunity for an Administrator seeking career development, training, and funded qualifications within a leading construction business. The Role – Compliance Administrator As a Compliance Administrator, you will work closely with the Pre-Construction and Bid teams, supporting the management and submission of Building Safety Regulation and compliance documentation. Key responsibilities for the Administrator will include: Managing, collating and uploading Building Safety Regulation (BSR) documents Acting as a central Administrator for compliance records and audit trails Uploading documentation onto client, regulatory and internal portals Supporting pre-construction submissions and tender compliance Ensuring all compliance documentation is accurate, complete and submitted on time Liaising with internal teams to gather required information Maintaining structured document control systems as a key Administrator function About You: Proven experience as an Administrator, Compliance Administrator or Construction Administrator Strong attention to detail and confidence handling large volumes of documentation Experience using document management systems and online portals Well organised and able to manage multiple deadlines A proactive Administrator looking to build a long-term career within compliance and pre-construction Experience within construction, housing, compliance or a regulated environment is advantageous, but training will be provided for the right Administrator.
