High specification residential refurbishment contractor in central London looking to add a new star to their ranks. The right candidate will have a strong design or architectural background, superb communication skills and experience on site as well as in a head office. Projects range from 250k refits of kitchens to full basement excavations and structural alterations to £2.5m.
The ability to administrate projects in full, keep the client informed and engaged at all times and ensure the project is delivered with quality are key elements. This is potentially a very rewarding job with great financial prospects and the opportunity to advance and grow as the business does.
Different levels of experience will be considered with pay adjusted accordingly and a positive attitude, genuine ambition and a love of delivering quality are every bit as important as the years of experience a candidate has.
