Reporting to the Directors and Head of Commercial, you will proactively work with the design team and commercial teams to collate pricing, design and contract documents from tender stage to build stage to ensure each project is deliverable within the allotted client budget and programme.
As a Pre-construction Manager your responsibilities include:
- Planning and preparation: Overseeing the planning and preparation phases of a construction project
- Budgeting: Developing project budgets and schedules, including detailed cost estimates
- Feasibility: Determining project feasibility and conducting site visits to assess potential challenges
- Scheduling: Developing a construction schedule
- Coordination: Coordinating with clients, architects, and subcontractors
- Regulatory compliance: Interfacing with authorities to ensure regulatory compliance
- Contractual negotiation: Providing technical input, assistance, and contractual negotiation
