We’re looking for a Computer Graphic Designer to join our IT team, supporting the design and visual delivery of internal systems, customer-facing platforms, and digital tools. This role bridges the gap between design and technology, working closely with IT to enhance how systems look, feel, and function. You’ll help ensure our platforms are not only technically robust but also intuitive, modern, and visually consistent. Key Responsibilities- Work closely with the IT team to design and improve internal systems, portals, and dashboards
- Create UI layouts, graphics, and visual elements for web-based platforms
- Support the development of customer-facing tools with clean, user-friendly design
- Maintain and evolve Vanaways’ digital visual identity across systems and interfaces
- Design assets for internal tools, reports, presentations, and automation outputs
- Ensure consistency across all IT-delivered platforms and touchpoints
- Assist with prototyping and visualising new system features before development
- Optimise designs for usability, clarity, and performance
- Strong experience in Graphic Design and UI Design
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
- Understanding of how designs translate into real systems (web/app environments)
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to work closely with technical teams and adapt to system constraints
- Good communication skills for collaborating with IT stakeholders
