We are recruiting for a Pastry and Bakery Commis or Demi Chef to join our Chef Brigade at Bents! Have a passion for pastry? Then look no further!!

Responsibilities
As our Pastry Commis Chef within our Chef Brigade you\βll have a vital role in the production of our freshly made home bakes to serve across our 1000-seater Dining areas. Working with fresh ingredients everyday making fantastic products ranging from our best selling Scones to our delicious hot fudge chocolate gateaux!
This role would be ideal for a hardworking, disciplined team player with a lot of stamina who possesses a passion for fresh food and eager to be part of a developing team.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar food environment as a Pastry or Bakery Chef is essential.
- Experience of working in a high-volume restaurant is desirable.
- Shows the ability to work at pace and under pressure.
Other Benefits
The role offers full time hours of 40 average weekly hours annualised over a 12 month period, stepping up your hours at peak (October to December) and working less in non-peak (January β March) you\βll have one set day off each week and work alternate weekends*.
*Please note, during the induction and training period of 6 months, the successful candidate will need to work every weekend having 2 weekday shifts off.
