What’s the Pastry Commis Chefrole?
As our Pastry Commis Chef within our Chef Brigade you'll have a vital rolein the production of our freshly made home bakes to serve across our 1000-seater Dining areas.
Working withfresh ingredients everyday makingfantasticproducts ranging from ourbest selling Scones to our delicious hot fudge chocolate gateaux!
This role would be ideal for a hardworking, disciplined team player with a lot of stamina who possesses a passion for fresh food and eager to be part of a developing team.
- Previous experience in a similar food environment as a Pastry Chef is diserable.
- Experience of working in a high-volume restaurant is desirable.
- Shows the ability to work at pace and under pressure.
The role offers 16 hours over weekends from September - December.
