We are recruiting for Kitchen Porters to join our Dining Team at Bents!

As a Kitchen Porter within our Dining Team you’ll be integral in the success of our Dining Pot Wash function. Working alongside the Front of house and Kitchen teams you’ll deliver and maintain high standards across all of our 1000-seater Dining areas. Whether putting out a large tray of cutlery, cleaning our large crockery items or preparing clean kitchen items for our Chef Brigade you will be at the heart of a busy catering team.

This role is very hands on and requires someone who has the ability to lift and move heavy kitchen items repetitively for long periods. It would be ideal for a hardworking, focused team player who can work under their own initiative.

We have two roles available:

  • Role 1: A 16-hour contract, working every other weekend, with additional flexibility required across the week. Shifts will be a mixture of morning and evening hours, between 9:00am and 9:00pm.
  • Role 2: An 8-hour contract, which is weekend-only.

A flexible approach to working hours is essential. The role offers a rate of pay up to £12.21, in line with National Minimum Wage guidance.
