We are recruiting for a Barista to join our Dining Team at Bents! Do you want to work in an environment serving freshly made exceptional high-quality products and hot drinks every day and have a passion for customer service? Then this is the job for you!
The current Barista roles we have available include:
- Barista - Dining Assistant - 20 hour contract - Sunday – Wednesday 11:30 – 16:30
- Barista - Dining Assistant - 8 hour contract - Thursday - Saturday 11:30 - 16:30

What is the Barista role? Join our vibrant Dining Team as a Barista, where you’ll play a key role in delivering unforgettable, world-class experiences across our 1,000-seater dining areas. Whether you’re expertly crafting barista-quality coffees, preparing food stations, taking customer orders, or keeping the tills running smoothly, you’ll be at the heart of our fast-paced, energetic catering operation.
We're looking for someone with a passion for great service — someone who’s always smiling, communicates easily with customers and teammates, and thrives in a busy, high-energy environment. Previous experience as a barista, in hospitality, or in a restaurant setting would be a real plus. The role meets National Minimum Wage.
