Your role as Assistant Restaurant Manager
As our Assistant Restaurant Manager at Bents, you’ll be the heart of our Front of House team, working closely with the Diningleadership teamto ensure everything runs like clockwork.
Your role will be all about coaching, developing, and motivating your team to deliver exceptional service to our customers, while overseeing daily operations across multiple dining locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading and mentor the team (team size 100+), working alongside the Dining Management team.
- Oversee the daily operations across the 7 dining locations, seating over 1000 customers.
- Ensure customers receive outstanding service that exceeds expectations.
- Monitor and maintain health and safety standards.
- Work efficiently and make things happen in a fast-paced environment.
We’re seeking someone with a passion for hospitality, excellent service, a drive to succeed, and a love for people You should be friendly, customer-focused, and have a positive attitude.
- At least 2 years of experience managing a large team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ability to work in a very fast paced, pressurised environmentto drive sales and deliver exceptional service.
- Excellent customer service skills, maintaining professionalism in any situation.
- A flexible approach to tasks and changes, always open to new challenges.
- The ability to stay calm and focused under pressure, whether it's handling a rush of customers or navigating a challenging situation, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
