Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored finance solutions.
- Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry to payout, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
- Maintain and develop strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Proactively follow up on leads, enquiries, and previous customers to maximise sales opportunities.
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process whilst working in line with company policies.
- Collaborate with the wider team to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to implement strong and successful sales strategies and results.
Experience
- Good understanding of different financing options and suitability for various business needs.
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in finance software for managing customer relationships and sales processes.
- Extremely organised with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be a strong team player.
- The ability to develop and build strong and personable relationships over the phone and in person with a broad range of individuals.

Pay structure - £36,000 Basic + 10% Commission + Bonus
