This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, based in Poole. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including identifying recruitment needs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and supporting hiring decisions. The role also involves enhancing employer branding initiatives and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless hiring process. Qualifications
- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and placing candidates.
- Expertise in Interviewing and Recruiting, with a focus on creating a positive candidate experience.
- Strong skills in Employer Branding to attract top talent and enhance the company’s reputation.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and time-management skills.
