Poole Audi Centre Host

We have an opportunity for a Centre Host to join our team at Audi Poole. As a Centre Host, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing a warm and professional welcome from the moment they arrive. You will play a key role in creating an exceptional customer experience, ensuring customers are looked after throughout their visit and directed to the appropriate department or member of the team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming and receiving customers promptly and courteously
• Meeting and greeting customers bringing their vehicles into the Centre and moving them to the on-site car park
• Answering incoming calls and transferring them to the appropriate person or department
• Looking after customers during their visit and keeping them informed
• Liaising between customers and relevant departments to ensure a seamless experience
• Supporting the Centre team in delivering outstanding customer service

What you will need to be a Centre Host at Audi Poole:

• Experience in a customer-facing environment
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to use your own initiative and effectively multitask
• Excellent organisational skills
• A team-player mindset
• Flexibility to cover holidays and absence when required
• A friendly, professional and personable approach with excellent communication skills
• A full UK driving licence

Hours of work: 20 hours per week

Monday: 8:00am - 6:00pm

Friday: 8:30am - 6:30pm

A uniform will be provided.
