We are looking for a talented Parts Sales Executive to join our Bournemouth TPS Centre in Poole. By joining Bournemouth TPS, you’ll represent an industry-leading group and trade VAG genuine parts; these brands include Volkswagen, Audi, Seat, Cupra, Skoda and Volkswagen Commercial Vehicle.
As a Parts Sales Executive, you will play a key role building new accounts and looking after our existing trade and retail customers. If you’re driven by great customer service, confident on the phone, and passionate about the automotive industry, this could be the job you’re looking for.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Achieve personal target KPI‘s and revenue objectives with target customer sets
- Accurately identify parts to meet the customer sales requirements
- Ensure you are adequately trained and understand the Unique Selling Proposition of the TPS brand, the “Features and Benefits” of the TPS product range especially the genuine v nongenuine aspect, and how to overcome sales objections
- Ensure you always provide a high level of customer service
- Resolve any customer concerns or complaints professionally, seeking additional support where necessary
- Ensure the proper and accurate use of all systems (e.g. use of EKTA/vin-lookup to search and order parts)
- Ensure compliance with business standards and processes, financial, legal and ethical guidelines (including Warranty)
- Source additional parts from other Centres or outside the TPS network when necessary
What you will need:
- Prior experience working within a parts, distribution, or a fast-paced sales environment, who’s experienced regular telephone interaction with retail and/or trade customers.
- Ability to build strong and trusting relationships
- Ability to relate well to others and work as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- Good IT skills
- Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and accurate record-keeping
Hours of work will be 40.83 hours a week: Monday to Friday 08:00 am to 18:00 pm, you will work on a shift basis (including 1 in 6 Saturdays 08:00 am to 13:00 pm). A uniform will be provided.
