We are seeking an experienced Customer Contact Specialist to join our enthusiastic, professional customer focused team at Poole Audi.
The Customer Contact Specialist is responsible for making outbound calls and emails to follow up existing customer enquiries. These calls will be for both sales and aftersales customers across our brands.
Duties will include:
Outbound calling to introduce and discuss the benefits of Service Plans to customers and assist with the sale and setting up of these plans.
Make customers aware of and sell any additional scheduled maintenance/associated work or recall campaigns which are applicable.
Achieve monthly booking and Service Plan targets.
Handle inbound service booking requests in an efficient and professional manner, offering the highest level of customer service.
What you will bring to Poole Audi:
The successful candidate will have previous experience in the automotive industry, either in a face-to-face or telephone-based role and ideally in an aftersales position. You will need a confident telephone manner, technical understanding, and the ability to build rapport quickly and easily. You will also need to be proficient in using IT systems and databases with good attention to detail.
In return for your efforts, you can expect:
Salary of £28,089 plus performance bonus. OTE £38,000.
