We have an exciting opportunity for a Financial Controller (12 month FTC) to join our team at Porsche Centre Perth. As a Financial Controller, you will lead and manage the finance, payroll and administration functions, ensuring strong financial control, accurate reporting and commercial support across the business. Working closely with senior management, you will play a key role in driving profitability, operational performance and manufacturer compliance.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading budgeting, forecasting and monthly financial reporting.
  • Providing financial analysis and performance insights to support business decision-making.
  • Managing payroll, VAT, taxation and statutory compliance requirements.
  • Overseeing cash flow, credit control, purchase ledger and banking activities.
  • Ensuring compliance with Porsche manufacturer standards and company policies.
  • Leading and developing the finance and administration teams.

What you will need to be a Financial Controller at Porsche Centre Perth:

  • Previous Financial Controller or senior finance experience within the motor trade (essential).
  • Strong knowledge of management accounts, budgeting and financial reporting.
  • Experience managing payroll, VAT and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent analytical, organisational and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach and develop teams.
  • A proactive, commercially focused approach with strong attention to detail.

Hours of work will be 40 hours per week Monday - Friday.
