We have an opportunity for a Sales Advisor to join our team at Porsche Centre Aberdeen. As a Sales Advisor, your ambition drives your earning potential. Acting as a brand ambassador, you will showcase the prestigious Porsche product range and support customers throughout every stage of their purchasing journey. Through your energy, enthusiasm and genuine passion for the Porsche brand, you will create memorable customer experiences, inspire confidence and build lasting customer relationships, maximising both customer loyalty and your sales success.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Take ownership of the full sales process, from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals and delivering exceptional aftersales care.
- Proactively develop your own pipeline through existing customers, referrals, events, and digital channels.
- Stay ahead of new model releases, pipeline stock, and product updates to ensure confident recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues at brand events, showroom days, and customer handovers.
- Maintain strong attention to detail, including compliance with financial services regulations.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets.
What you will need to be a Sales Advisor at Porsche Aberdeen:
- Previous experience in car sales is essential, ideally within a prestige car sales environment.
- Proven ability to generate, convert and retain customer loyalty.
- Proven ability to deliver consistent high level of customer service.
