We have a rare opportunity for a Used Car Sales Manager to join the team at Yeovil Audi. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the General Sales Manager by controlling all aspects of the used vehicle sales processes within the business including the full use of our internal data management system.

As Used Car Sales Manager, you will:

  • Lead, manage and motivate a Team of Sales Executives to achieve/exceed sales targets.
  • Alongside the New Car Sales Manager, plan and implement promotional activities and campaigns to ensure KPIs and Sales targets are met.
  • Monitor, purchase, and manage stock with the assistance of our group buyer.
  • Lead Management, increasing CRM and defining sales processes.
  • Ensure the proper and accurate use of all business systems throughout the team.
  • Maintain your own product knowledge and show an awareness of competitor activity.

What you will bring to Yeovil Audi:

  • A proven track record of Sales Team Management experience within a similar brand.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of the used car market and stock management.
