We have an opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Van Mossel Poole. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers for our UK dealerships to attract, engage, and hire top talent while delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing vacancies from attraction through to offer.
  • Supporting hiring managers with job descriptions, adverts, and recruitment best practice.
  • Advertising roles across job boards, social media, and LinkedIn.
  • Proactively sourcing and screening candidates.
  • Conducting telephone and face-to-face interviews.
  • Developing recruitment processes, including ATS optimisation and recruitment matrices.
  • Providing recruitment updates and reports to managers and the HR Director.
  • Supporting employer branding through careers fairs and recruitment events.
  • Partnering with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Building strong relationships across the business and managing work experience placements.

What you will need to be a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Van Mossel Poole:

  • Previous recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Strong interviewing, sourcing, and candidate assessment skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive, customer-focused approach and passion for delivering a great candidate experience.

Hours will be Monday - Friday 08.30-17.00.
