We have an opportunity for a Site Co‑ordinator to join our team at Volkswagen Van Centre in Portsmouth. As a Site Co‑ordinator, you will be responsible for managing our on‑site car park, greeting our customers upon arrival, and liaising with them while their vehicles are with our Aftersales Team. This role includes organising and driving our commercial vehicle fleet, as well as supporting our aftersales department with customer collections and deliveries.

Responsibilities
  • Promptly and courteously meet and greet our customers from outside
  • Site logistics and vehicle organisation, supporting our workshop
  • Collection and delivery of customer vehicles
  • Movement of stock from the compound to the group centres and our suppliers
  • Checking in new and used stock when it is delivered with the car team
  • Support the Customer Experience Executive with progress chasing
  • Fuelling vehicles
Qualifications
  • Experience within either a valeting, driving or logistics position
  • Proven track record for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Self‑motivated, driven individual with the ability to use your own initiative and prioritise multiple tasks
  • Forward thinking and problem solver
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Brings a positive attitude and thrives in a collaborative, team environment
  • Personable approach, with a polite and courteous manner
  • Full UK driving licence
Hours of work

25.5 hours a week, Tuesday to Thursday – 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. A uniform will be provided.

A competitive salary of £18,654 per year (£12.71 per hour). Benefits include:
