We currently have an opportunity for a Centre Host to join our award‑winning Audi Centre.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting sales and service customers, establishing their needs and putting them in contact with the appropriate team members.
- Checking in service customers’ cars on site, and seeing them out in courtesy cars, when booked.
- Providing hospitality to our customers while they are in the showroom, offering refreshments and arranging other services, such as gym and salon bookings.
- Ensuring our showroom and facilities remain presentable and tidy.
- Answering inbound calls for Poole Audi and managing the switchboard.
Hours of work: Monday 08:00 - 18:00 and Friday 08:30 - 18:30. A uniform will be provided.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will be extremely well presented with a friendly manner and experience in a premium customer service market and call handling.
