We have an exciting opportunity for a Site Co-ordinator to join our team at Van Mossel Esplanade in Cowes, on the Isle of Wight. As a Site Co-ordinator, you will play an important part in keeping our site running smoothly and ensuring every customer receives a friendly, professional welcome. This is a varied, hands-on role where you will support the day-to-day organisation of vehicles on site and be responsible for the preparation and valeting for our NEW rental operation. You will take pride in ensuring that vehicles are carefully handled, well presented, and ready for use, while bringing a courteous and organised approach to both customers and colleagues. Whether you have experience in valeting, driving, logistics or customer service, this role offers plenty of variety and the chance to take ownership of an important part of our operation.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Promptly and courteously meet and greet our customers from outside
- Site logistics and vehicle organisation
- Valeting the Rental stock ready for customer collections
- Ensuring that all vehicles worked on are carefully handled, and reasonable care is always taken
- Collection and delivery of customer vehicles
- Movement of stock from the compound to the group centres and our suppliers
- Fuelling vehicles
What you will need to be a Site Co-ordinator at our Volkswagen Van Centre:
- Experience within either a valeting, driving or logistics position
- Proven track record for delivering exceptional customer service
- Self-motivated, driven individual with the ability to use your own initiative and prioritise multiple tasks
- Forward thinking and problem solver
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Brings a positive attitude and thrives in a collaborative, team environment
- Personable approach, with a polite and courteous manner
- Full UK driving licence
Hours of work will be: 42.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday - 8.00 am to 5.00 pm. A uniform will be provided.
