Responsibilities
- Support commercial activities with documentation support.
- Collaborate and communicate with managers and project leaders for regular progress reporting of work.
- Maintain multi‑item registers and organise document submissions via Document Registers.
- Support projects as needed (can be up to several projects at one time).
- Review and support technical queries.
- Follow project specifications and quality plans to ensure the client’s and projects’ expectations and requirements are managed and met throughout the lifecycle of all projects.
- Participate in project‑related meetings, both internally and with clients, from project kick‑off to post‑order review.
- Improve and manage quality document processes.
- Work with clients to ensure timely management and submission of all documents, including pre‑manufacturing and post‑order packs.
- Review incoming documents and ensure any corrections or revisions are made prior to client submission.
Qualifications and Expectations
- Previous experience in a commercial environment.
- Knowledge of SAP is desirable.
- Competent in all MS Office applications.
- Drive and enthusiasm with a willingness to learn and progress.
- Minimum of five years’ demonstrated experience in this type of role.
- Experience within the Oil and Gas / Energy / Nuclear industry supply sections, or Pipework and Fittings industry preferred.
- Fluent in English – both speech and writing.
- Occasional site visits to UK locations when required.
