Responsibilities

  • Support commercial activities with documentation support.
  • Collaborate and communicate with managers and project leaders for regular progress reporting of work.
  • Maintain multi‑item registers and organise document submissions via Document Registers.
  • Support projects as needed (can be up to several projects at one time).
  • Review and support technical queries.
  • Follow project specifications and quality plans to ensure the client’s and projects’ expectations and requirements are managed and met throughout the lifecycle of all projects.
  • Participate in project‑related meetings, both internally and with clients, from project kick‑off to post‑order review.
  • Improve and manage quality document processes.
  • Work with clients to ensure timely management and submission of all documents, including pre‑manufacturing and post‑order packs.
  • Review incoming documents and ensure any corrections or revisions are made prior to client submission.

Qualifications and Expectations

  • Previous experience in a commercial environment.
  • Knowledge of SAP is desirable.
  • Competent in all MS Office applications.
  • Drive and enthusiasm with a willingness to learn and progress.
  • Minimum of five years’ demonstrated experience in this type of role.
  • Experience within the Oil and Gas / Energy / Nuclear industry supply sections, or Pipework and Fittings industry preferred.
  • Fluent in English – both speech and writing.
  • Occasional site visits to UK locations when required.
