Leadership Tasks
- Liaise with Warehouse Managers/Team Leaders, and other departments to meet production and servicing needs.
- Ensure a high service level is maintained.
- Attend daily team meetings and deliver reportable figures.
Responsibilities
- Prioritise all orders in collaboration with Warehouse Managers/Team Leaders.
- Maintain organisation and ensure all production paperwork is accurate and up to date.
- Develop production plans and servicing schedules based on customer demands and operational capabilities.
- Provide accurate and timely updates regarding potential delays, delivery timelines, and quality issues.
- Collect and analyse data on production performance and team efficiency.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date reports, ensuring full transparency for relevant stakeholders.
- Provide cross‑functional coverage for other roles in SCM job area when necessary.
- Maintain and keep up to date Test Cert and Country of Origin information.
- Book on all types of stock onto SAP system.
- Create documentation for outside processing orders.
- Liaise with the Procurement Team regarding stock needs & Good Inwards.
Qualifications
- Secondary education with strong numeracy and computer literacy skills.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or production planning role preferred.
- Detail‑oriented, industrious, and capable of working under pressure.
- Strong team player with effective communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Prior training or experience on SAP is preferred.
Working Hours & Location
- Hours of work: 37.5 per week, Monday‑Friday (Full‑time).
