Leadership Tasks

  • Liaise with Warehouse Managers/Team Leaders, and other departments to meet production and servicing needs.
  • Ensure a high service level is maintained.
  • Attend daily team meetings and deliver reportable figures.

Responsibilities

  • Prioritise all orders in collaboration with Warehouse Managers/Team Leaders.
  • Maintain organisation and ensure all production paperwork is accurate and up to date.
  • Develop production plans and servicing schedules based on customer demands and operational capabilities.
  • Provide accurate and timely updates regarding potential delays, delivery timelines, and quality issues.
  • Collect and analyse data on production performance and team efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date reports, ensuring full transparency for relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide cross‑functional coverage for other roles in SCM job Area when necessary.
  • Maintain and keep up to date Test Cert and Country of Origin information.
  • Book on all types of stock on to SAP system.
  • Creation of documentation for outside processing orders.
  • Liaise with the Procurement Team regarding stock needs & Good Inwards.

Qualifications

  • Secondary education with strong numeracy and computer literacy skills.
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or production planning role preferred.
  • Detail‑oriented, industrious, and capable of working under pressure.
  • Strong team player with effective communication and problem‑solving skills.
  • Prior training or experience on SAP is preferred.

Working Hours & Location

  • Hours of work: 37.5 per week, Monday‑Friday (Full‑time).
  • Location: Bolton, UK.
