Create your own future

As an Investment Analyst in our UK Fiduciary Management team, you will help pension schemes, charities, endowments and other institutional investors make and implement investment decisions.

Fiduciary Management (also known as outsourced Chief Investment Officer or “OCIO”) combines investment strategy, portfolio oversight and client advice. Rather than focusing on stock picking or trading, you will work across entire portfolios, helping clients manage risk, set long-term objectives and achieve better investment outcomes.

Working alongside experienced client consultants and investment professionals, you will analyse portfolios, contribute to strategy discussions, prepare client meeting materials and gain exposure to public and private markets, liability-driven investing, hedge funds, credit strategies and portfolio construction.

Much of your work will support UK pension scheme clients and their trustee boards. You will help analyse investment risks and opportunities, prepare recommendations, contribute to strategic discussions and support the implementation of investment decisions across client portfolios.

This role offers a strong foundation in institutional investment management and provides a pathway towards greater investment responsibility and direct client exposure over time.

Your specific tasks will include:

  • Analysing funding levels and investment risks for pension scheme clients
  • Producing reports and presentations for clients and trustee boards
  • Assisting with client queries and meeting preparation
  • Analysing investment performance at a fund level and total portfolio level
  • Supporting investment strategy reviews, manager research and portfolio positioning
  • Working closely with our portfolio management team, researchers and operational specialists.

These responsibilities are expected to grow over time with experience and learning; we will support you in this development.

Your talents

You will be intellectually curious, numerate and motivated to build a career in investment management. You will enjoy solving problems, analysing data and communicating complex ideas clearly. You will take ownership of your work, thrive in a collaborative environment and be keen to learn from experienced colleagues.

You will join our UK Fiduciary Management team, working closely with colleagues across portfolio management, investment research and operations in London and Amsterdam. Together, we deliver high-quality investment advice and client service, combining analytical rigour, market insight and effective execution to help our clients achieve their objectives.

  • Private Medical Insurance and Dental Insurance
  • Health Assessments, provided to employees every second year
  • Group Life Assurance
  • Group Income Protection
  • Group pension contribution at 9% of an employee's annual salary
  • 0% Employee season ticket loan
  • Cycle to Work scheme
  • 25 days of holiday per annum with an option to buy or sell up to 5 days of holiday per year (full-time employees; pro rata for part-time)
