About the Role

You find the best candidates for the best clients, with total autonomy. That’s it. You have the scope to sign any client you want, on any commercial terms you like. You work as much as you want, where you want, when you want. All you need is an internet connected laptop, a phone, and your skills.

When you have good candidates that don’t get placed or more roles than you can handle, share them with your international colleagues and earn more without doing any extra work. Zero-fuss, high-reward.

About You

You are fiercely independent, profit-motivated, and confident in what you deliver. You’ve been thinking for a while about whether you should go out on your own, calculating in your head what you would have made last year if you’d taken the lion’s share of your billings. Timing is important, though. This is how you’ll know that you’re ready:

• You have at least 3 years’ experience in 360-degree agency recruitment.
• You have a loyal bank of clients, willing to follow you wherever you go.
• You have a proven history of billing over £100,000/year (or local equivalent).
• You are happy with self-motivating in a remote work environment.
• You build your shortlists the hard way, by headhunting passive candidates.
